SHIPPING AND TIMES
At Sovente, we ship our products from our warehouse in Italy. Once payment is received, your order will be processed within 1-3 business days.
If you place your order over the weekend (i.e., from Friday to Sunday), your order will automatically be processed on Monday.
Once shipped, you will receive your order in approximately 2-5 business days, depending on your location.
To request information about your order, including after the 5 working days of delivery and the 3 days of processing, you can contact us at info@sovente.store . Please provide your order number, which you will find in your order confirmation email, and your name.
We assure you that your package will be delivered promptly, despite some delays , so you can be confident in our utmost attention and dedication. Thank you for your understanding.
Cash on delivery
Cash on delivery usually has an additional cost. The product does not ship to islands such as Ischia, Pantelleria, and Lampedusa.
Attention! After you complete your purchase, our customer service team will contact you personally via phone call or WhatsApp message. It's important to know that your order will not be processed until we receive your confirmation. This verification process helps us ensure everything is going as expected.
If we don't receive a response to your phone call or our confirmation message within 24 hours, your order will automatically be cancelled.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Do you want to make a return or request a refund?
No problem, you have 14 days to do so... follow the instructions below to find out how to proceed with your request. It only takes 2 minutes.
Don't like the product(s)? Follow these steps:
- Retrieve your order number (you can find it in the confirmation email when you placed your order).
- Contact us using the support icon at the bottom right or send an email to info@sovente.store with your return request and order number.
- We'll process your request and provide you with instructions for shipping the package to our warehouse. As soon as the package arrives, we'll immediately refund your money.
Please note: shipping costs to our warehouse, located at Via Enrico Toti, 57 - 00019 Tivoli (RM), will be your responsibility. Once used, the product is no longer eligible for return.
Did the product(s) arrive defective? Follow these steps:
- Please take photos of the defective product, explaining the problem as precisely as possible. (2-3 photos/videos are fine.)
- Retrieve your order number (you can find it in the confirmation email when you placed your order).
- Send us photos and order number to our email info@sovente.store
We'll evaluate your request and provide you with instructions for shipping the package to our warehouse. As soon as the package arrives, we'll immediately refund your money.
NB . Shipping costs to our warehouse in via Enrico Toti, 57 - 00019 Tivoli (RM) will be at your expense.
