Refund policy

RETURNS

Our policy allows 30 days for returns. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be intact and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. For certain types of goods, returns are excluded. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned.

We also do not accept returns of intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases. Additional items excluded from returns include:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care items

For returns, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
* Books with obvious signs of use
* CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records that have been opened
* Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
* Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt of the item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is formally recorded. Next, contact your bank. There are often processing times for recording refunds. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@sovente.store.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at info@sovente.store and send the item to: Via Enrico Toti, 57 Roma Tivoli RM, Italy.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift voucher for the value of your return. Upon receipt of the returned item, the gift voucher will be mailed to you. If the item was not marked as a gift at purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give it to you personally, the refund will be sent to the gift giver, and they will learn about your return.

Shipping

To return your product, send it to: Via Enrico Toti, 57 Roma Tivoli RM, Italy. Shipping costs for returns are your responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included. Depending on your country, the time it takes for the replacement product to reach you may vary. For items valued over €75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
